Join Us for the 2026 Norwin Council of PTAs Founders Day Banquet
The Norwin Council of PTAs requests the pleasure of your company at our annual Founders Day Banquet in honor of this year’s Phoebe Apperson Hearst Outstanding Educator awardees.
Named after one of the National PTA’s founders, is awarded to a teacher whose outstanding achievements have had a profound impact on the lives of our students.
The banquet will be held on Thursday, the Ninth of April, at the Stratigos Banquet Centre in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. A cocktail hour and cash bar will begin at four thirty P.M. with dinner to follow at five P.M., followed by the presentation of the Phoebe Apperson Hearst Outstanding Educator Awards:

A voluntary silent auction is available for those wishing to further support the Council scholarship program and the district science fair.
